Reservation / Cancellation Policy
Reservations Payment Requirement:
* A 1 night deposit is required when making a reservation
* Balance due upon arrival
* One night stays - payment in full when making a reservation
* 2 night minimum required on weekends & holidays (with exceptions)
Cancellation:
* 21 days prior to arrival - amount less $25 handling charge will be refunded
* Less than 21 days prior to arrival - deposit will be forfeited
Confirmation:
* All reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of deposit
